Job Description
Are you looking to kickstart your career in manufacturing? Mondelez International in Springfield, MA is seeking dedicated and eager individuals to join our team as an Entry-Level Factory Production Worker. This full-time position offers comprehensive training, allowing you to learn valuable skills in a state-of-the-art production facility. You will be an integral part of our manufacturing process, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This role involves working rotating shifts, providing you with a dynamic work schedule and exposure to various aspects of our operations. No prior experience is required – we provide all the necessary training!
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery under supervision, ensuring efficient product flow.
- Perform routine quality checks on products and materials, identifying and reporting any deviations.
- Load and unload materials and products from production lines and packaging areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all sanitation standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and minor adjustments to equipment as needed after training.
- Accurately complete production logs and documentation.
Required Skills

- Capable of performing repetitive tasks and standing for long periods.

- Basic communication skills.
