Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Subscription Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for selling Rogers’ suite of products and services, including wireless plans, internet packages, TV subscriptions, and smart home solutions, to new and existing customers. You will engage with customers over the phone and through digital channels, identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions. This position offers a competitive base salary coupled with an uncapped bonus structure, rewarding your sales success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential and existing customers through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) to present and sell Rogers' subscription services.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge regarding all Rogers' offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive customer experience during the sales process.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and sales information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams to optimize sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including sales ethics and data privacy.
  • Continuously participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a remote environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in telecommunications, technology, or subscription-based sales.
  • Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Bilingualism (English and French).
