Job Description

In this role, you will play a crucial part in improving our digital products by testing features, identifying pain points, and recording your interactions. No prior UX/UI experience is required – we provide full training and clear guidelines to help you succeed. Key Responsibilities
- Perform assigned testing tasks on various software applications and websites.
- Record your screen and audio while navigating through specified user flows.
- Provide clear, concise, and actionable feedback on usability, functionality, and overall user experience.
- Identify and document any bugs, glitches, or areas of confusion encountered during testing.
- Adhere to testing guidelines and protocols provided by the UX/UI team.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding testing progress and findings.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding all product information and testing materials.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with navigating different software applications.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet testing environment.
- Ability to follow instructions meticulously and work independently.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
- No prior formal UX/UI testing experience is necessary; we welcome entry-level applicants.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with screen recording software (e.g., OBS Studio, Loom, built-in OS tools).
- Experience providing constructive feedback in any context.
- A genuine interest in technology and user experience.
