Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Brand Manager to join our marketing team in Fayetteville, NC. This pivotal role is responsible for driving the strategic direction, growth, and market performance of key beverage brands within our portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of consumer packaged goods (CPG) marketing, a proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies, and strong leadership capabilities. This position requires an individual who can translate market insights into actionable plans, manage P&L, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve brand objectives. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive brand strategies and marketing plans to drive brand growth and market share.
- Oversee the full P&L responsibility for assigned brands, including budget management, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Conduct in-depth market research, consumer insights analysis, and competitive landscape assessments to identify opportunities and threats.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, supply chain, and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand execution.
- Drive new product development and innovation pipeline from concept to market launch.
- Monitor brand health, market trends, and consumer feedback, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performance.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communications campaigns across various channels (digital, social, traditional media, in-store).
- Mentor and develop junior marketing talent within the organization.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of progressive experience in brand management or marketing within the CPG industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing brand strategies that deliver measurable business results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, consumer insights, and financial reports.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven leadership ability with experience leading cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
- Experience within the beverage industry or a closely related CPG category.
- Experience with global or multi-market brand management.
- Familiarity with the North Carolina market and consumer base.
