Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in all provided training programs to learn machine operation, safety protocols, and quality control procedures.
  • Assist experienced operators with machine setup, adjustments, and routine maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor machinery during operation to ensure smooth and efficient production, reporting any issues promptly.
  • Load and unload materials from machines as required.
  • Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Required Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong work ethic and a desire to learn new skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately and meticulously.
  • Good observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks requiring standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and repetitive motions.
  • Commitment to safety and willingness to adhere to all safety procedures.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in how machinery works.
  • Previous experience in a general labor or industrial setting (not mandatory, but a plus).
  • First Aid certification or willingness to obtain one.
