Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our dynamic team in Sheffield. This critical role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing complex ServiceNow solutions that meet our clients’ strategic business objectives. You will lead the technical vision for ServiceNow projects, ensuring best practices and scalability. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and technical requirements.
- Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices, platform capabilities, and integration strategies.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, define scope, and translate business needs into technical designs.
- Develop and maintain technical design documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, and solution blueprints.
- Oversee the technical quality and integrity of ServiceNow deployments, performing code reviews and ensuring adherence to standards.
- Mentor junior developers and consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Stay abreast of new ServiceNow features and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact and application.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or similar senior technical role.
- Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD).
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow's architecture, platform capabilities, and integration methods (REST, SOAP, etc.).
- Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, Jelly scripting, and other web technologies relevant to ServiceNow.
- Ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect, ITSM, ITOM).
- Experience with other enterprise software platforms and cloud technologies.
- Agile/Scrum development methodology experience.
