Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and welcoming Show Home Host / Greeter to join our team at a luxury show home in Mid-Beach, Miami Beach. This is a crucial client-facing role for individuals who thrive in an upscale environment and possess exceptional interpersonal skills. As the first point of contact for potential buyers and visitors, you will play a vital role in creating a sophisticated and inviting atmosphere. Your primary responsibilities will include warmly greeting guests, providing initial information about the property, and ensuring a seamless and pleasant visit during weekend hours. This position requires a polished demeanor, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and greet all visitors to the show home with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Provide an initial overview of the property, its features, and the lifestyle it offers, based on provided materials.
- Engage with visitors to understand their interests and preferences, assisting with initial inquiries.
- Maintain the impeccable presentation and cleanliness of the show home, ensuring all areas are tidy and inviting.
- Distribute marketing materials and brochures to interested parties.
- Accurately capture visitor information for follow-up by the sales team.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing ONE Sotheby's International Realty with professionalism and grace.
- Manage visitor flow and ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone.
- Assist with light administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling viewings or confirming appointments.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or a client-facing role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Availability to work weekend hours (Saturdays and Sundays) consistently.
- Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury retail, real estate, or high-end hospitality.
- Knowledge of the Miami Beach area and local amenities.
- Ability to communicate in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
- Experience with CRM software for visitor tracking.
