Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Spa Director / Manager to lead our exquisite spa facility. This pivotal role requires a visionary leader passionate about wellness, customer service, and team management. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of spa operations, ensuring an unparalleled guest experience, and driving profitability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in luxury spa management, strong business acumen, and the ability to inspire a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Develop and implement innovative spa programs, services, and promotions to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
- Manage and mentor a team of therapists, aestheticians, and front desk staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor inventory, manage budgets, and ensure financial targets are met or exceeded.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety throughout the spa facility.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as brand standards.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to create synergistic guest experiences.
- Identify and implement training needs for spa staff to ensure continuous professional development.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in spa management within a luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of spa treatments, products, and industry trends.
- Excellent financial management and budgeting abilities.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in spa management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
- Demonstrable experience in driving revenue and managing profit and loss.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Internationally recognized spa therapy qualifications.
- Experience with strategic planning and marketing for spa services.
- Fluent in multiple languages.
