We are looking for a vibrant and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Specialty Tea / Coffee Retailer, specializing in product tasting within a dynamic mall environment in Chesapeake, VA. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to learn and grow, with full training provided to help you become an expert in our premium products. Your primary goal will be to introduce customers to our exquisite range of teas and coffees through engaging tasting experiences, driving sales, and ensuring an unforgettable visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and informative product tasting sessions for customers, highlighting key flavors and origins.
- Actively engage with customers to understand their preferences and recommend suitable tea and coffee products.
- Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting tasting station and retail area.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking shelves, and ensuring product availability.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of our tea and coffee products, brewing methods, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
Required Skills

- A genuine passion for tea and coffee, or a strong willingness to learn and develop product knowledge

Preferred Qualifications
