Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly and helpful attitude, directing them to products or services.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and assist with inventory management.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register, if trained.
- Support various departments as needed, including receiving, merchandising, and guest services.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe shopping and working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily goals and provide exceptional guest service.
Required Skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Reliability and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
Preferred Qualifications
