Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of bakery products, including breads, pastries, and cakes, following established recipes and quality standards.
- Decorate cakes and pastries with precision and creativity.
- Monitor product freshness, rotate stock, and ensure proper display of all bakery items.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area, equipment, and storage facilities.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support the Head Baker and other team members as needed.
Required Skills
- Ability to work early morning shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment is an asset but not required.
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
