Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Telecommunications Engineering Intern to join our dynamic team in North Battleford. This internship offers an unparalleled opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the exciting field of 5G network development and deployment. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will contribute to the design, testing, and optimization of our cutting-edge telecommunications infrastructure. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior engineers with the planning, design, and implementation of 5G network components.
  • Support the testing and validation of new hardware and software solutions for 5G infrastructure.
  • Participate in data collection and analysis to monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Aid in the documentation of network configurations, procedures, and project progress.
  • Conduct research on emerging telecommunications technologies and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot network issues and ensure service continuity.
  • Learn to operate and utilize specialized telecommunications equipment and software tools.
  • Contribute to the development of technical reports and presentations.

Required Skills

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a closely related field.
  • Basic understanding of telecommunications principles and network concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
