Job Description
Are you a night owl looking for an exciting opportunity in a vibrant retail setting? Target in Allentown is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Toy Store Restocking Associate for evening shifts. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our toy aisles are always fully stocked, neatly organized, and ready to delight our guests. This is a fantastic chance to work in a fun, fast-paced environment, contributing to the magic of play for children and families. No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed!
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently restock shelves, displays, and promotional areas with new toy merchandise during evening hours.
- Organize and maintain the cleanliness and visual appeal of the toy department.
- Verify pricing and ensure products are correctly labeled.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, sorting, and storing shipments.
- Remove empty boxes and trash, maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive atmosphere.
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
Required Skills
- Ability to work evening shifts consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 25-50 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation).
- Capability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a retail, warehouse, or stocking role is a plus, but not required.
