Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills
- Must be at least 21 years of age at time of appointment.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- U.S. Citizenship or legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background investigation, psychological evaluation, and medical examination.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to remain calm and effective in stressful situations.
- Willingness to learn and commit to a demanding training regimen.
- Physical ability to meet the demands of the role, including standing, walking, and potentially responding to emergencies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Some college coursework or an associate's degree in criminal justice, sociology, or a related field.
- Prior experience in customer service, security, or roles requiring strong communication and observation skills.
- Military service or law enforcement academy experience (not required but beneficial).
- Bilingual skills (e.g., Spanish, Tagalog) are a plus.
