Job Description

No prior experience in customs or logistics is required! Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in all training modules provided by the company.
  • Learn to accurately prepare and submit customs declarations using specialized software.
  • Assist in the verification of import and export documentation for compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, customs officials, and internal departments regarding clearance status.
  • Support senior customs assistants with administrative tasks and data entry.
  • Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and international trade laws.
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of data accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Handle queries and resolve basic customs-related issues under supervision.
