Job Description

Culina Logistics is offering an incredible opportunity for a Trainee Reach Truck Driver to join our dynamic team in Rochester, Kent. This full-time permanent position includes a fully funded Reach Truck licence qualification, meaning absolutely no prior experience is required – we’ll teach you everything you need to know. Key Responsibilities
- Successfully complete all training modules for the Reach Truck licence, demonstrating commitment and aptitude.
- Under supervision, safely operate Reach Trucks to move, stack, and retrieve pallets and goods within the warehouse.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of vehicles as required.
- Perform daily pre-shift checks on equipment and report any faults immediately.
- Accurately pick and put away stock according to operational procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Required Skills
- No prior experience in warehousing or operating MHE is required – full training provided.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Physical fitness to perform duties that may involve lifting and standing for extended periods.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Full UK driving licence (for commuting purposes, not essential for the role itself).
