Job Description

You will play a crucial role in our recruitment process, identifying and engaging with top talent, and contributing directly to our clients’ success. Key Responsibilities

  • Source and identify potential candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, and our internal database.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability and aspirations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive experience.
  • Support senior consultants in managing client requirements and recruitment cycles.
  • Update and maintain candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to the recruitment process.
  • Continuously develop market knowledge and recruitment best practices.
