Job Description

This is an entry-level position where no prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive, fully paid training to equip you with the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in this critical role. You will be the first point of contact for people experiencing emergencies, requiring a calm demeanor, quick thinking, and exceptional communication skills under pressure. Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming Triple Zero (000) emergency calls promptly and professionally.
- Gather accurate and critical information from callers in high-stress situations.
- Triage emergencies effectively to determine the appropriate level of response.
- Provide clear and concise pre-arrival instructions to callers (e.g., CPR guidance).
- Dispatch ambulance resources to emergency scenes using advanced computer-aided dispatch systems.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of all calls and dispatches.
- Liaise with other emergency services (Police, Fire) as required.
- Maintain composure and professionalism in all interactions.
- Adhere to all SAAS policies, procedures, and quality standards.
