Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our team for part-time vineyard maintenance in the beautiful Geelong region. This role offers consistent day work, providing essential support to ensure the health and productivity of our vineyards. You will be involved in a variety of hands-on tasks, contributing directly to the quality of our future harvests. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general vineyard tasks including pruning, trellising, and shoot thinning.
  • Assist with canopy management and vine training.
  • Monitor vine health and identify potential issues like pests or diseases.
  • Participate in irrigation setup and maintenance.
  • Conduct weed control and general vineyard clean-up.
  • Operate small hand tools and light machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards.

  • Current Australian Driver's License and reliable transport.
