Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one virtual assistance to students with their homework in various subjects (e.g., Maths, English, Science).
- Explain challenging concepts clearly and patiently, adapting to different learning styles.
- Offer constructive feedback and guidance to help students understand and complete assignments.
- Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain a positive, supportive, and engaging online learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with students and their guardians regarding progress and areas for improvement.
- Adhere to scheduled virtual sessions and be punctual.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong foundational knowledge in at least two core subjects (e.g., GCSE level Maths, English, or Science).
