Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Inbox Manager to join our remote team, specializing in 100% written correspondence. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for an individual eager to manage and prioritize digital communications from the comfort of their home. Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently manage and prioritize a high volume of incoming digital correspondence (emails, internal messaging platforms).
  • Draft clear, concise, and professional written responses to inquiries and requests.
  • Categorize, tag, and archive communications for easy retrieval and record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to gather information and ensure accurate responses.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Adhere to company communication guidelines and service level agreements.
