Job Description

Are you a natural conversationalist with an knack for asking the right questions? Discovery Limited is seeking a highly motivated Virtual Lead Qualifier to join our growing remote team. In this 100% remote role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, engaging them in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and determine their interest in our diverse range of products and services. Your primary goal will be to identify qualified leads and seamlessly transfer them to our expert sales team. Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate outbound calls to potential clients using provided leads.
  • Engage prospects in polite, professional, and discovery-focused conversations.
  • Utilize active listening skills to understand client needs and identify qualifying criteria.
  • Accurately record client information and interaction details in the CRM system.
  • Successfully qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Warmly transfer qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
  • Adhere to all company compliance and ethical guidelines.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
