Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Real Estate Assistant to join our growing team. This is a 100% remote, full-time position offering flexible daytime hours, ideal for a self-starter who excels in a virtual environment. As a Virtual Real Estate Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to our busy real estate agents, enabling them to focus on client relationships and sales. While previous real estate experience is a plus, it is not required; we are looking for individuals with strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and a willingness to learn. Full training on our systems and real estate processes will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize agents' calendars, scheduling appointments, showings, and meetings.
- Prepare and format real estate documents, contracts, and listing presentations.
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of CRM databases and client information.
- Coordinate marketing activities, including social media posting, email campaigns, and brochure creation.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other real estate professionals via email and phone.
- Conduct research on properties, market trends, and client needs.
- Handle routine administrative tasks to support daily operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks.
Required Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet access and a dedicated home office setup.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in an administrative or executive assistant role.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
