Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and implementation of a diverse activity program for residents, including social, recreational, and educational events.
- Lead group activities such as games, crafts, music sessions, exercise programs, and themed events.
- Facilitate one-on-one activities for residents who may prefer individual engagement.
- Encourage resident participation and engagement in all planned activities.
- Help set up and clean up activity areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
- Document resident participation and responses to activities.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure activities align with resident care plans and preferences.
- Assist with decorating the facility for holidays and special events.
- Provide compassionate support and companionship to residents during activities.
