Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly and helpful demeanor, directing them to products or services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including shelving, displays, and checkout areas.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cash register, handling cash and card payments.
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing backroom inventory, and ensuring products are readily available.
- Support team members in various tasks to maintain store operations and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly throughout a shift
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (or currently pursuing)
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is a plus, but not required
