Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Work From Home (WFH) Order Filler – E-commerce Support. This is a 100% remote position where you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient processing of customer orders. While primarily focused on data entry and virtual order management, this role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced virtual environment. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in e-commerce operations from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process and 'fill' virtual customer orders by inputting data into our e-commerce system.
- Verify order details for accuracy, including product codes, quantities, and customer information.
- Monitor inventory levels virtually and flag discrepancies to relevant teams.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding order status or issues.
- Assist with basic customer support queries related to order fulfillment, primarily via internal messaging systems.
- Maintain strict adherence to data privacy and security protocols.
- Participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions.
- Adhere to established performance metrics and quality standards.
