Job Description
Join our global team as a Work From Home TEFL / ESL Teacher and empower students worldwide to achieve English fluency. This is a fully remote position where you will deliver engaging and effective online English lessons to diverse learners, from children to adults. We are looking for passionate educators who are dedicated to creating a positive and impactful learning experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality online English lessons using our provided curriculum and platform.
- Create an engaging and supportive virtual classroom environment.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance and performance.
- Collaborate with academic support teams to enhance student learning.
- Attend virtual training and professional development sessions as required.
- Adapt teaching methods to suit various learning styles and age groups.
Required Skills
- Native-level English proficiency.
- Valid TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and basic computer applications.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Passion for teaching and helping students learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Linguistics, English, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching ESL/EFL (online or in-person).
- Experience with various age groups (kids, teens, adults).
- Familiarity with various online teaching tools and methodologies.
- Ability to speak a second language is a plus.
