Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Online Marketplace Seller Assistant to join our growing e-commerce team in Melbourne. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our online sales operations across key platforms like eBay and Amazon. Your primary focus will be on product listing, inventory management, order processing, and providing excellent customer service to ensure smooth and efficient marketplace operations. Key Responsibilities
- Create and optimize product listings on eBay and Amazon, including writing compelling descriptions, uploading high-quality images, and setting competitive pricing.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels across marketplaces, coordinating with the warehousing team to ensure stock accuracy.
- Process customer orders efficiently, including generating shipping labels and tracking information.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, feedback, and issues via marketplace messaging systems.
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist with basic data analysis and reporting related to sales and inventory.
- Stay updated on eBay and Amazon policies, features, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities and campaigns.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the online sales team.
