Job Description

Join our dynamic team at Ascent Solutions Australia as a Customer Success Associate, focusing primarily on email communication. In this vital role, you will be the frontline support for our SaaS clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products. You will handle inquiries, provide solutions, and build lasting relationships through clear, concise, and professional email correspondence. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and support requests via email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting assistance for Ascent Solutions' SaaS products.

  • Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to knowledge base articles.
