Key Responsibilities

• Respond effectively to incidents and emergencies, including conflicts, disturbances, and medical situations, following established protocols.
• Write clear, concise, and accurate reports on prisoner behaviour, incidents, and daily activities.
• Support prisoners in their rehabilitation journey, encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in educational and vocational programs.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team, communicating clearly with colleagues, management, and other agencies.
• Ensure all operations comply with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
