Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Sales Representative to join our vibrant team at F45 Training Vaughan. This role is perfect for an individual with a passion for fitness and a knack for connecting with people. As a Membership Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving new membership sales, nurturing prospective leads, and providing exceptional customer service to our valued members. You will be a key player in growing our studio’s community and ensuring our members feel supported and excited about their fitness journey. This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission, rewarding your efforts and success in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Conduct studio tours and effectively present F45 Training's unique value proposition to potential members.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly membership sales targets.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Cultivate strong relationships with current and prospective members, fostering a welcoming and positive environment.
- Collaborate with the coaching team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new members.
- Participate in local community events and outreach initiatives to promote the studio.
- Handle member inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with general studio operations and administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong ability to build rapport and close sales.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the fitness industry or boutique fitness sales.
- Knowledge of F45 Training methodology or similar HIIT programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
