Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Transcribe audio content into text format with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Identify and accurately attribute speakers in audio files.
- Apply specific project guidelines and formatting rules consistently.
- Review and edit your own transcriptions for grammatical errors, punctuation, and completeness.
- Manage your workload effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Communicate any technical issues or project ambiguities to the support team.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in English language, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
- Solid typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM recommended).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate online tools.
- Reliable internet connection and a personal computer/laptop.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
