Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Logistics Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Grafton, NSW. This full-time, on-site position operates during afternoon shifts in our busy warehouse environment. As a key member of our logistics operation, you will be responsible for accurately entering and managing critical data related to shipments, inventory, and deliveries. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting, possess strong organizational skills, and are looking to contribute to a vital part of the supply chain. Full training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately inputting logistics data into our internal systems, including shipment details, inventory levels, and delivery information.
- Verifying data accuracy and integrity, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
- Generating reports and summaries as required by the logistics team and management.
- Maintaining organized digital and physical records of logistics documentation.
- Communicating effectively with warehouse staff and supervisors regarding data-related queries.
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed to support warehouse operations.
- Adhering to company data entry procedures and confidentiality policies.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a warehouse environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes (full training provided).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with logistics or warehouse operations.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software or logistics management systems.
