Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Helpdesk Assistant to join our fully remote team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in IT support, as no prior experience is required – full training will be provided! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them primarily through chat-based interactions to resolve their technical queries and issues related to our products and services. We understand the importance of a well-equipped home office, which is why we provide all necessary IT equipment to ensure you have everything you need to succeed in this 100% remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient technical support to customers via live chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues related to internet, mobile, and digital services.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support technicians when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our system.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.
