Key Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and mopping floors.
- Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and stationery.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms to the highest standards.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish appropriately.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or missing items promptly to supervisors.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and procedures.
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and corridors as assigned.
