Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately sort, file, and retrieve medical records, ensuring all documents are placed in the correct patient files.
  • Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain electronic health records (EHR) systems with precision.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of all patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Scan and index paper documents into digital formats, maintaining high quality and accuracy.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed to support the medical records department.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Participate actively in all provided training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
