Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our dynamic team in Taree. This part-time role offers a consistent afternoon roster, providing an excellent work-life balance with the added benefit of no weekend work required. As a key point of contact, you will deliver outstanding customer service, assisting our valued customers with their inquiries and providing efficient, friendly solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Process customer transactions and update account information with meticulous attention to detail.
- Maintain a consistently high level of customer satisfaction through empathetic and proactive support.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate senior staff members for further assistance.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
