Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls promptly and professionally.
- Gather critical information from callers under pressure to assess the nature and severity of the incident.

- Utilise computer-aided dispatch (CAD) systems to accurately log incident details and dispatch appropriate resources.
- Maintain a calm and empathetic approach while interacting with individuals in distress.
- Collaborate effectively with ambulance crews, police, fire, and other emergency services.
- Adhere to all operational protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Participate actively in ongoing training and professional development programs.
