Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a comprehensive training program to learn visual merchandising principles and techniques.
- Assist the Visual Merchandising team with the setup and dismantling of seasonal and promotional displays.
- Help arrange merchandise, mannequins, and fixtures according to visual guidelines and planograms.
- Ensure all displays are tidy, appealing, and reflect the current brand standards and promotions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the visual merchandising storage areas.
- Provide support during floor moves and store resets.
- Collaborate with sales associates to understand product placement needs and customer flow.
- Develop a keen eye for aesthetics, current trends, and customer engagement through visual presentation.
Required Skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop a career in visual merchandising.
- A strong interest in fashion, retail, and design aesthetics.
- Excellent attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- No prior visual merchandising experience is required; full training will be provided.
Preferred Qualifications

- Basic understanding of retail environments or customer service.
- A portfolio (even personal projects) showcasing creativity or design interest is a plus, but not mandatory.
