Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Supermarket Night Replenishment Assistant to join our team in Durham, NC. This full-time, on-site role offers a premium hourly rate and an immediate start for individuals dedicated to ensuring our shelves are fully stocked and organized for our customers. As a vital part of our night crew, you will play a key role in maintaining product availability and store readiness.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload delivery trucks and stock shelves with new merchandise according to established planograms.
- Organize and rotate products to ensure freshness, proper inventory levels, and visual appeal.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the night shift.
- Operate basic material handling equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided).
- Assist in preparing the store for opening by ensuring all aisles are neat and products are accessible.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to complete tasks promptly and efficiently.
Required Skills
- Ability to work consistent night shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical capability to lift and move merchandise up to 50 lbs regularly, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stocking and organizing products.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- No prior experience required – full training will be provided for motivated individuals!
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or warehouse stocking environment is a plus but not essential.
- Familiarity with basic inventory management principles.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
