Job Description
Are you a passionate gamer, an engaging storyteller, or simply love connecting with people online? Horizon Stream Talent is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our roster as a Twitch Streamer. This is a unique opportunity for aspiring creators, even those with no prior professional streaming experience, to turn their passion into a career. We’re looking for vibrant personalities ready to entertain, interact, and build a community. Full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you develop your streaming skills, understand audience engagement, and navigate the Twitch platform. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to stream from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and broadcast engaging live content on Twitch on a regular schedule.
- Interact with viewers in real-time, responding to chat messages and fostering a positive community.
- Develop unique content ideas and themes to keep your audience entertained and coming back.
- Promote your streams and channel across various social media platforms.
- Collaborate with Horizon Stream Talent to optimize streaming setup, content strategy, and growth initiatives.
- Adhere to Twitch's Community Guidelines and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Participate in regular check-ins and training sessions with our talent management team.
Required Skills
- Genuine passion for gaming, entertainment, or a niche content area suitable for live streaming.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think quickly, improvise, and maintain an engaging presence during live broadcasts.
- Basic understanding of Twitch or willingness to learn quickly.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet space for streaming.
