Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, tidying living areas, and meal preparation.
- Assist with safe client transfers and mobility, using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Remind clients to take medications as prescribed.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities.
- Run errands and assist with grocery shopping.
- Document care provided accurately and communicate any changes in client condition to the supervisor.
- Adhere to BrightStar Care policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
