Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Repossession Agency Dispatcher to join our fast-paced night shift team in Portsmouth. This critical role involves coordinating field agents, managing real-time situations, and ensuring the efficient and compliant execution of repossession assignments. The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-pressure environment, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to make quick, informed decisions. This is an on-site position vital to our operational success during nighttime hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Prioritize and dispatch field agents to various locations based on real-time information and strategic planning.
- Monitor agent progress and locations using GPS tracking and communication systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for field agents, providing support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Communicate effectively with clients, law enforcement, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all dispatches, activities, and incident reports.
- Respond to urgent requests and adjust dispatch plans swiftly to address unexpected challenges.
- Ensure all operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive shift handover reports for the incoming team.

- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, dispatch software, and GPS tracking tools.

- Previous experience in a dispatch, logistics, or call center role.
