Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate fully in and successfully complete all aspects of the comprehensive paid training programme.
  • Learn to identify and assess immigration offences and prepare accurate case files.
  • Develop skills in interviewing individuals, gathering evidence, and making informed decisions in line with immigration law and policy.
  • Accompany experienced officers on operations, gaining practical experience in enforcing immigration rules.
  • Communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals, often in sensitive situations.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork to a high standard.
  • Adhere strictly to all legal guidelines, departmental policies, and professional standards of conduct.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other law enforcement agencies to achieve operational objectives.
