Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information.
- Assist with the processing of new membership applications and renewals.
- Maintain and update member databases with precision and confidentiality.
- Provide administrative support to the broader team, including data entry, filing, and scheduling.
- Assist in the coordination of member events and training programs.
- Prepare and distribute member communications and newsletters.
- Support the professional team with general office duties as required.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
