Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and professional Part-time Bellhop to join our friendly team at Quest Traralgon. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression for our guests, assisting them with luggage, providing information, and ensuring their comfort upon arrival and departure. You will be an ambassador for our hotel, delivering outstanding service during day shifts and contributing to a seamless guest experience. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon their arrival and departure, offering assistance with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Efficiently and carefully handle guest luggage, transporting it to and from rooms and vehicles.
- Assist guests with parking, directions, and general inquiries about hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the hotel entrance, lobby, and luggage storage areas.
- Run errands for guests or the front desk as required.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously to all requests.
- Collaborate with the front desk, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all hotel safety and security procedures and guidelines.
