Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Concierge Offsider to join our esteemed team in Victor Harbor. This part-time position offers day shifts and is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about delivering high-quality customer service in a luxury residential setting. As a Concierge Offsider, you will play a crucial support role to our Concierge team, ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and contributing to an exceptional living experience for our residents. This role is ideal for someone looking to start or further their career in luxury hospitality and property management, with full training provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet residents and visitors, providing a welcoming and professional first point of contact.
- Assist the Senior Concierge with daily operations, including managing incoming calls, emails, and resident inquiries.
- Handle package and mail management, ensuring accurate logging and timely distribution.
- Provide support for amenity bookings and resident event coordination.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby and common areas to luxury standards.
- Assist with light administrative tasks, data entry, and record keeping.
- Monitor security cameras and access control systems, reporting any unusual activity.
- Run errands and perform various tasks to support resident needs and property operations.
- Foster a positive and supportive community atmosphere for residents.
