Key Responsibilities

  • Undergo and successfully complete all phases of the comprehensive training program.
  • Learn to assist Air Traffic Controllers in maintaining accurate flight information and records.
  • Understand and adhere to strict safety protocols and operational procedures.
  • Develop proficiency in using air traffic control systems and communication equipment.
  • Monitor flight data and identify potential issues or discrepancies under supervision.
  • Participate actively in classroom learning, simulator exercises, and on-the-job training modules.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues and other aviation personnel.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to concentrate for extended periods.
  • A keen interest in aviation and a willingness to learn complex procedures.

  • Eligibility to work in the UK and pass enhanced security checks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in five subjects at Grade C/4 or above, including English and Mathematics.
  • A-Levels (or equivalent) in any subject.
  • A degree in a STEM-related field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) is an advantage but not essential.
