Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Recycling Project Intern to join our team in Murray Bridge. This entry-level internship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in waste management, recycling initiatives, and environmental education. You will support various projects aimed at improving recycling rates and educating the local community on sustainable waste practices. Full training and mentorship will be provided, making this an ideal role for someone looking to start their career in environmental sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the development and implementation of local recycling projects.
- Support community outreach programs and educational workshops on waste reduction and recycling.
- Conduct research on best practices in recycling and waste management.
- Help analyze data related to recycling rates and project effectiveness.
- Prepare educational materials, presentations, and reports.
- Collaborate with team members on various environmental initiatives.
- Participate in site visits to Cleanaway facilities to understand operational processes.
- Provide administrative support to the environmental education team as needed.
Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
