Job Description
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Local Authority Care Home Assistants. This is a vital role focused on providing direct care and support to residents within our care homes, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and overall well-being. Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, dressing, mobility, and mealtimes.
- Provide emotional support and companionship, engaging residents in meaningful conversations and activities.
- Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to senior staff.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe environment for residents.
- Assist with medication reminders, under supervision, as required.
- Support residents in participating in social and recreational activities.
- Document care provided accurately and timely.
